How the builder prices your trip
Each stop is priced from that estate's published whole-property rate: Bella Vista $1,250/night for up to 28 guests ($950 in May, Sept & Oct) plus $475 cleaning; The Majestic Lodge $1,350/night including breakfast for 16, +$20 per extra guest per night, plus $350 cleaning; Johnny's Beach Bungalow $1,360/night including breakfast for 16, +$20 per extra guest per night. Holidays and peak weeks can differ — your quote from Karen is the final word.
